If I install the Microsoft Access Database Engine 2010 Redistributable 圆4 things work great.
The reason being, ' Office 16 Click-to-Run Extensibility Component 64-bit Registration' gets installed along with Office 1908 semi annual channel 32-bit Suite. I started the application pool and the site started up again but stopped soon after. I have received the similar issue (Unable to install Access Database Engine 2016 neither 32-bit nor 64 bit) on my machine, where Office 1908 semi annual channel 32-bit is installed. The websites worked for a few minutes then the Application Pool for the website stopped X64 it said vcruntime140.dll is missing so I installed Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015 圆4 and the missing vcruntime140.dll warning went away. When I installed the Microsoft Access Database Engine 2016 Redistributable These websites access data from an access database. Now I am having a lot of problems with my asp websites. I migrated my IIS server from 2012 to 2016 a few days ago.
